1. BABIES FIRST


Babies First is a prenatal nutrition program that women can enter in their first or second trimester of pregnancy. The Program is focused on helping women achieve healthy births. Women can receive information and support from the Coordinator, Registered Dietitian, Nurse, Lactation Consultant, Addictions Counselor, Early Childhood Educator, and a Resource Librarian.

2. BREASTFEEDING CLASS


The Prenatal Breastfeeding Class offers expectant families an opportunity to learn the basic how-tos of breastfeeding prior to the birth of their baby. Learn about why and how to breastfeed, and the services that can support you while breastfeeding.

3. SCHOOL FOR YOUNG MOMS


School For Young Moms enables pregnant teens and mothers under the age of 21 to continue their high school education, develop their parenting skills, address their emotional. social and physical needs, and receive onsite care for their infants.

4. TEEN PRENATAL SUPPER CLUB


The Teen Prenatal Supper Club offers prenatal classes for pregnant women 21 years of age and under. Women are welcome to bring partners or another support person.

5. PARENTING PARTNERSHIP


The Parenting Partnership Program is a comprehensive prenatal and parenting program that starts during pregnancy with prenatal classes and continues after the birth of your child until the baby is 14 months of age. The prenatal series is once a week for seven weeks.  We break for two months while the babies are being born and reconvene once a month for a year. It is staffed by a health care practitioner and a parent educator.
