Do you need a break? Do you like talking with other moms and sharing your experiences? We will be holding sessions throughout the year titled Mom’s Night Out. Leave your little ones at home, enjoy refreshments with dessert and networking with other moms. Sign up for one, or all of them!

Topic: Self Care
Spend some time chatting with other moms and then choose a self-care activity that you would like to try - yoga or hand massage. A staff will call you one week prior to the program start to find out your self-care choice.

Topic: Creating our Memories
This is a night to bring all those pictures or stories about your families that you have collected and have not had a chance to do anything with and put these items into a scrapbook or a journal. A materials fee of $5 must be paid in advance of the night.

Topic: Taming Those Gremlins
I don’t know, I can’t, impossible! If you hear yourself saying these phrases then you are dealing with a Gremlin. What is a Gremlin? What does your Gremlin look like? Is he loud, slow, persistent, big or little? Many moms deal with the guilt gremlin? Learn how to quiet your gremlin and enjoy life more.

Topic: Slow Down (I want to get off): Are you always in a hurry trying to play catch-up?  Do you feel overwhelmed and out of energy?  Come out to this session and learn some tools to help you slow down and feel more energized.
