Data supplied to the Peterborough Family Resource Centre for inclusion in the database is provided by the agencies or individuals involved. None of the data is verified for accuracy or completeness. Further, the Peterborough Family Resource Centre performs no training, credit history, or criminal background checks of those agencies or individuals that request inclusion in its database.
I understand and agree that before I will receive access to the names and phone numbers of any agency or individual that may be contained in the Peterborough Family Resource Centre database I must sign a waiver (below) absolving the Peterborough Family Resources Centre of any responsibility for negligence, personal injury, death, loss, damage, or destruction of property caused by any agency or individual that is listed in its database.
